We help you plan your journey, and we are with you not only in the important decisions but throughout all the steps of your adventure. We give you recommendations about the best destinations in South America, what time of year to visit, what airline and hotel options there are, and activities that match your passions and hobbies. We create a personalized itinerary with all those details and communicate with you in every step.

If you are coming to the south of Chile, and to Valdivia specifically, we offer you the most up to date information about the destination and the activities available. We have also designed private experiencies for different tastes and travelling preferences. We have options for families travelling with children, couples on a romantic getaway, or adventures in the rainforest for the restless.

Discover our history

We believe all people have different ways of seeing the world, and to contribute from there to others. Our passion is travel, and we want everyone to be able to move through the world visiting other landscapes and cultures. For this reason, we have created a way to accompany everyone, sharing more than 10 years of experience travelling and working in the tourism industry. We have worked in airports, hotels, cafés, and restaurants, and we know first-hand the warmth of great customer service, as well as the problems we can have when planning a trip.

We have started creating experiences in Valdivia, because it is our home, and there is a particular way of knowing the place that has grown with us. We know it so well that we have also noticed what is missing and what can be developed with the love and talent of our people. We have created Encuentra tu Sur so all people can find a little of our place to make their own. We hope to reach other corners of northern Patagonia soon. Some of the activities we offer have risks associated; for this reason, we always work with certified tour guides with all their qualifications. We care about risk management and continuously assess all our activities with professionals to minimize possible accidents or dangerous situations.

We work with the best guides and suppliers in all our tourism services in the region, plus we are always looking for ways to improve our offer through training, workshops and continous learning. Innovation is also an important part of our project, as it allows for creativity and participation of different actors.

We have all heard how tourism is supposedly fuels local development, and we want to prove it. We are convinced that the only way tourism can contribute is through engagement in community and the environmet, promoting the participation across sectors.
